Intake Process→ Heres how it works!

1. Call 603-531-2173 or fill out the contact page info. Our director will contact you!

2. Family contacts their insurance carrier to verify that ABA services are covered under your health care plan.

3. Complete the intake form and return it to ABA Expressions.

4. ABA Expressions will contact your insurance provider for permission to perform an assessment (it can take up to 14 days to receive the required approval)

5. Once approved, we will contact you to schedule a date for assessment. The assessment typically involves 2 or 3 days of direct observation and discussions with the caregivers. From the information gathered, we develop a customized treatment plan to be reviewed with you.

6. ABA Expressions will submit the treatment plan to your insurance provider. Approval of the plan can take up to 14 days.

7. Once the treatment plan is approved, services will begin.
